Asociatia Prieten Credincios - Piatra Neamt

Association was founded in 2002 by the pensioner Tamara Secara. She dreamt of saving all strays on Piatra Neamt's streets. In small steps and suffering from constant setbacks she was able to build up today's association. We own part of the public shelter and also support the dogs of the other part.
